Great facilities/ room
The property is excellent. The staff REALLY screwed up & cost me hundreds of Euros because they did not freeze the ice for my medication

Hotel is old and needs some repairs. For example one of the outlets was broken.

I stayed for three nights with the bed and breakfast option and the breakfast buffet was great. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, close to shops and interesting places in downtown lisbon.

Good location very close to the Metro.
Room clean on arrival but daily housekeeping poor!!
Classes not cleaned, toilet not cleaned, pillows on the floor….
Also coffee making facilities but no coffee pods!! I would expect at least two to get you going!

Very pretty, has a balcony and good breakfast. Close to downtown, über was about $7. 13 minutes from the airport!

Room did not look like the photos, Internet was bad, telephone in the room didn’t work, no soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear everything.

We recently stayed at Hotel Roma as a group of four and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the location and convenience.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and while the breakfast was fairly basic, it was still really good for what we paid – simple, fresh, and more than enough to start the day.
For a short stay in Lisbon, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for something affordable, practical, and well-located. Would definitely consider staying again for a budget-friendly trip.
