great location to train station, cafes, etc.
would have appreciated additional towels in the bathroom

This hotel was by far one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. The room was very big, clean, and had a huge bathroom. The breakfast was very good, with many options. The location was amazing: two blocks from the metro and on the same block as the train station. I couldn’t be happier!
Nothing to complain about: I loved my stay! I highly recommend Roma Hotel and would definitely stay here again next time.

The room was spacious and fitted us and our two kids
The noise with the other rooms, you could understand what others were talking in other rooms. The elevators are really crowded during the day, you could wait at least 15-20 minutes at breakfast, and that gets annoying when at 9th floor

The staff is extremely kind , helpful , polite and trustworthy. It was the first time we stayed there and we I'll definitely come back. The breakfast is extremely rich and delicious . The triple room was very spacious ,clean ,with a big bathroom and with complimentary water in the mini fridge. There is an amazing restaurant inside the hotel and there is also a fantastic restaurant called Marisquera Roma in the same street ,almost in front of the hotel . We ate there and the food was incredible ,really good quality and the portions were so big . There are taxi in front of the airport that will take you to the hotel . There are taxi in front of the hotel too that will take you back to the airport. Since we were 3 people with 6 luggages ,we paid 15 euro the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel and 9,80 euro the taxi ride from the hotel to the airport. The taxi driver said that to go back and from the airport the taxi is more convenient ,while if you want to go to the centre of Lisbon , uber is more used .
