Good location near the subway station. Breakfast was nice and had more options than other places in Europe I’ve been to. Rooms were clean and very spacious imo.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.
Only two glasses and one bottle of water for the stay of 5 nights. Coffee machine without coffee. Every support from the hotel is chargeable.

The staff went out of their way to help us and the room was clean and fit our needs just fine. The hotel is located in a great part of Lisbon and close to the airport, which is what I needed. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, so that's helpful.
There was some indeterminate noise for several hours during the night that made it difficult for me to sleep. The hotel is old so could use some updating, but it's clean and everything works fine except one elevator was out. That made going up and down to our room a bit slow.

Conveniently located, great breakfast, nice restaurant.
One side of the building faces the tramway and you can hear the trains going by at night
