Breakfast, lobby, bed, balcony, clean
Having to inform reception to have used glasses removed from the room. Only water was provided in the room on the first day of a three-night stay. Despite having a coffee machine and kettle, only cups and sugar were provided; no coffee or tea was left. Even less affluent hotels have these standard practices, so the lack of them in this hotel was quite unusual. Moreover, these issues didn't change even after speaking with reception.

This is a full-service hotel with a fully staffed front desk/reception area. The lobby area is very large, with seating and big windows, which makes it a pleasant place to wait for rides or to meet friends. The beds were very comfortable; my daughter and I both slept very well. The bathroom was large and shower had lots of hot water with excellent pressure. Breakfast was good and had many options, including eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, fancy coffee, juice, fried potato patties, and bready things. There was a mini fridge in the room, which I wasn't expecting. This hotel seems ideal for business travelers, or for anyone who likes mid-century modern decor.
The room cleanliness was just ok--there were some hairs in the tub, and toenail clippings on the carpet near the couch. The hotel location isn't the most convenient for being a tourist, nor is it very close to the airport.

Room was nice Clean and spacious. Good Location for our purposes. Very Busy with bus tours arriving so check in slow, but the front desk staff where very nice. We left Early for convienent access to Metro ( less then 500m away) with one transfer to the Airport - worked out well.
For a Nice Room in a good Location - Charging extra to get coffee pods in the room seemed a bit off? Haven't seen this at other hotels we have stayed in recently. So other then not having Coffee in the Room, and having to purchase from the bar seperately - good stay.

The breakfast /dining room the following morning after my arrival was wonderful. I was pleasantly shocked and surprised that it was so lovely.
One of the front desk clerks was absolutely wonderful to deal with shortly after my arrival. There was another gentleman that was very helpful. Assisting me book my first Uber ride.
I cannot really say, as I just arrived from a long flight into a country that I had never been in. I was only staying one night before I had to transfer to another hotel to meet my tour and I had yet to connect to my eSIM. I was travelling on my own for the very first time as a senior.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is close to the airport, so convenient for a quick bolt/uber to LIS.
Hotel is old and needs some repairs. For example one of the outlets was broken.

I stayed for three nights with the bed and breakfast option and the breakfast buffet was great. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, close to shops and interesting places in downtown lisbon.

Very pretty, has a balcony and good breakfast. Close to downtown, über was about $7. 13 minutes from the airport!

The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were very nice and informative.
We did the buffet dinner and breakfast. I felt the money would have been better spend, and a much better meal, had we eaten outside the restaurant.
