Friendly, efficient staff and the room was spotless, comfortable and had all the necessities. Breakfast was included and was plentiful, varied and tasty - the bread and pastries were very good. Location was also very convenient being near a metro station and with several nearby cafes. Our morning uber to the airpoet only took about 20 minutes. For us this was a good value choice and we would definitely stay again.
No kettle in the room - though I didn't really expect one I always hope!

The location was great. Not right in the city, but very easy access to the metro from Roma Metro Station, local trains from Roma-Areeiro Train Station, and buses to the city and airport as well as Belem.
The reception team were very helpful and even checked us in slightly early.
At the end of our stay the hotel held our bags in a secure place to collect later, as we had a late flight.
The coffee machine in the room did not come with any coffee pods so therefore was a little useless. And noise from the lifts travels if room is near them.

Our stay at Hotel Roma was truly excellent and very pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The buffet breakfast was of good quality and offered plenty of choices for everyone. The hotel’s cleanliness was outstanding and clearly well maintained.
The location is ideal for travelers, with the Roma Areero train station just across the street and the Roma metro station only a minute away. We traveled as a family and had a wonderful overall experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Both rooms were spacious and clean. The personnel were very attentive, the check-in process was smooth, and there was a gentleman ready to help us load our luggage into the taxi when we left. It's about a 10-minute drive to the airport

Location
Room next to the elevators and one was under repair with noise starting before 9am on a Saturday. I was not informed about the repair in advance. Hotel should have provided a room not so close to the ongoing works. The room was furnished like a flat. Not much space to get in / out of the tub.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Metro and bus within a few minutes walking from the hotel.
It was far from city center.
Internet connection was poor.
