My room was big and beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was quite tiny, but clean and provided with a complimentary kit.
The breakfast was huge, and several options (both sugary and salty) were available. I really appreciated it.
Although the room was comfortable in size and furniture, it was placed on the railway side, so it was a bit noisy. This is the only thing that I could complain about; all the rest, staff included, was perfect.

Spacious, clean.
There was a lot of wind noise coming through the balcony windows. One of the elevator buttons was broken, so you couldn’t press it to stop on the 6th floor.

The check-in was smooth. Pretty easy, and the help at check-in was very good. The staff were polite and helpful. Though I asked for an early check-in (by 1h), which they did not help with, I didn't mind as I went around the city. They also have many seats in the lobby where people can sit, relax, and store baggage until the room is available. The two best things are that they serve breakfast in the morning and that the train and public transportation are very close.
There was no microwave for general use. Say if someone needs to heat their food or heat milk for kids, it would be literally impossible. The staff clearly told they cannot help with that. It was suprising and I would say not helpful.

We were upgraded to a room that is the one of the picture (or similar). Very spacious, big bed, balcony with two chairs. All this for around 100 eur/night for a copule and a 7 year old kid.
We used the room service and the toasts were king-size, quite good for the price.

Old wood framed windows rattled in the wind and the nearby train was very loud. However, I told the front desk and they promptly moved me to another room, where it was beautifully quiet. Overall, very happy with this stay.

The hotel is exceptionally clean; the housekeeping staff tidy everything in the room every day. The room is spacious. The furniture is not new, but it is of good quality. For breakfast, tou have everything you need.
