It is always clean and provides excellent accommodation at a reasonable price. We travel through Lisbon twice a year at least and have staid in the Roma each time for the last 20 years. Some hotels age and the facilities deteriorate but the Roma is also clean and in good condition. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of variety in the food available.

Looked a little sketchy when we were dropped off by the taxi but inside it’s very nice and the location is great.

Rooms were kept very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location, walkable distance to 2 metro stations, and a train station. Nice neighborhood worth exploring. Hotel porter was very helpful.
The hotel look tired, not nicely decorated and a bit drab. I did not feel like going back to the room. Staff were less than courteous, hotel bar would not charge a water bottle to my room (it was 11:00 pm) and generally just not the best customer service.

Clean. Convenient. Good staff. Nice room.
I just came from a 16-hour flight from Singapore, arriving very late in the evening. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, and I was too tired to go to the bar.
At breakfast, I waited 20 minutes (and I timed it!), for a fresh tray of scrambled eggs to come from the kitchen.
The breakfast room was full. Only one coffee machine was working, causing queues.

Everything went as expected. The staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel just perfect and close to everything. The breakfast was also very good and vast. The room was very clean and organized. The room we got had a huge balcony which was good to rest a bit in the evening or in the morning.
Nothing to complain about. No major things that I noticed that needed improving, was wrong, weird, dirty or whatever. Keep up the good work!

A great short stay. Yes the house is a little bit older, but everything is clean and nice. The employess are great and the service as well. We checked out very ealy, and the prepared breakfast boxes for us. The airport is just a 10min. drive away. And the Metro is just down the street.
So many help and great people. Everything was fine.
