Wonderful
Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The location is also very good, close to the airport, supermarkets, drug stores and restaurant.
Will definitly stay there when going t Lisbon again.

The room was quite big as we had booked a junior suite.
Check-in was at 3:00 pm. When I arrived at reception, I was told it would be around five minutes before my room was ready. I waited for 15 minutes and returned to the counter, only to then be told there was a problem with my room.
I was given the choice of waiting longer or downgrading from the suite I had booked, despite the fact that the check-in time had already passed. After another 10 minutes, I was eventually told that I could be accommodated in a different suite.
If an alternative suite was available, this should have been explored from the outset rather than leaving me waiting and then suggesting a downgrade. I finally checked in at 4:00 pm—an hour after the advertised check-in time—and, disappointingly, received no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused.
Overall, the handling of the situation was frustrating and fell well below the level of service I would expect
