We stayed at Hotel Roma the night before an early-morning flight. The staff at the reception desk were courteous and professional. We had many delicious dining options within walking distance.

Staff weren’t very helpful and borderline rude. The cleaner was very smiley and pleasant but the other staff members especially the man on the bar were rude and unhelpful.

The staff were very helpful. Esp. at the bar (where I got hot water since there was no kettle in the room) and at the desk, when I asked for eating recommendations.
It's a very busy place, with tour buses of people. The people in the room above us were playing soccer or something in the room, stomping around til almost 3am. The trains also were fairly noisy - we asked for quiet room so this was an issue.

Friendly and professional staff. Good location for work visits, outside of touristic attractions but with a good transport access
Hotel is in a desperate need of renovation.
Some bathroom fixtures are borderline broken, water pressure is poor.
Carpers are full of stains. Room smells like a granny house.

O pequeno almoço tinha alguma variedade, mas não tinha muita qualidade.

Quartos e banheiros sempre limpos e arrumados, quarto grande com sofás e excelente para relaxar sem precisar ficar deitado. Café da manhã excelente com opções de suco e café filtrado além de pães e pastries. Staffs muito educados e receptivos. Metrô, ônibus e mercados bem próximos dando acesso inclusive ao trem para Sintra.
Secador de cabelo poderia ser melhor e arrumar as tomadas ao lado da cama.

I really liked the location—within walking distance of Campo Pequeño and close to the Roma metro station. For this category, the breakfast was above average, with fresh fruit, a varied hot buffet, and pasteis de nata. The air conditioning in the room kept the room nice and cool.
The Wi-Fi connection was slow and kept dropping out; I couldn't work on it, so I had to use my mobile data. My window faced the train tracks, and I got used to the frequent noise.
