Location location location. Also despite looking a bit drab on the outside it was clean, neat and professionally staffed. Perfect for tjt overnight stay for your morning airport journey.

I'm a returning guest and I absolutely love the hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and very comfortable rooms. I'll always choose this place when I visit Lisbon. The futsal ground view from the balcony in the evenings just hits the spot.

The hotel was a great location for us and it was nice to have a taxi stand so close to take us to the airport. Hotel looks beautiful and clean inside, outside under construction. Rooms were clean.
We did visit the lounge for an evening cocktail and the service was great. Also the breakfast included was very good.
I personally always like to have a small coffee machine in the room, so I can have my 1st coffee right when I get up, so missed that. Also would have been nice to have an iron in the room, instead of having to go ask for one.

Confortable bed.
Bathroom was very small and not comfortable. You can not even sit straight on the toilet. The pressure of the water in the shower was also not great.

I got a really big, quiet room on the fifth floor. The room was very clean and spacious but the bathroom is a bit dated and needs refreshment.
The bathroom needs to be updated.

The included breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean with comfy beds. Restaurants and train station very close by.

Fantastic breakfast. The room was better than I expected. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was awesome. The only thing was elevator was slow, minor issue. The neighborhood was safe for taking walks. I definitely would book the Roma Hotel again!

the proximity to the airport, the size of the room and the beds were pretty comfortable

They were kind enough to upgrade us to Junior suite. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was also a good size.
The reception staff and also the bar service was very good and very helpful.
No bad comments.
