Fast checkin, fantastic big room with a lovely big bathroom and bath tub which just made the stay so much more enjoyable. Really love the balcony there too. It's my second stay in that room and it's my favorite hotel in Lisbon. The area is great too, very easy to find food and head out to touristic areas. Station is pretty nearby too. The breakfast buffet is great too.
The breakfast buffet is in a big open hall and is very crowded due to the hotel being so fully booked. I can't help but think it would be a better experience if it was divided into two or three seperate breakfast rooms, due to the sheer size of it. It can sometimes feel very crowded and overwhelming in the morning.

Spacious if a little dated rooms, good solid breakfast offerings. (Eggs, ham, cheese, breads, muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit).Close to the metro and metro is easy to use. Sweet wee gift shop. Around half way between the airport and the city.
Late check-ins, it was 3.30pm before I got my room. Late cleaning offer on 2nd day, call came at 5pm. The historic center feels a way away. Too far to comfortably walk in. Too far to have the special Lisbon vibe of alleyways,trams, and tiles. If you can get closer in on your budget, maybe leave this one to the tour groups. If this is it, then it's fine despite its function over form.

The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were very nice and informative.
We did the buffet dinner and breakfast. I felt the money would have been better spend, and a much better meal, had we eaten outside the restaurant.
