The rooms are large and very comfortable. Very clean, good staff, close to everything.
My husband said the soap dispenser should be closer to the sink. The water from the faucet and shower is very hot and hard to set the temperature. The trash can is very small and hard to open. These are all nothing compared to our comfortable stay.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Was given a free upgrade to a suite, which was very spacious and even had a balcony. The location was very convenient in terms of public transport and still (just) within walking distance of the city centre (I definitely got my 20,000 steps a day). Quite a lot of good restaurants nearby.
The room was quite noisy - noise from the main road and railway directly outside, noise from the football pitch directly underneath my balcony, and noise from other guests (in the morning it sounded like a baby elephant was wheeling heavy suitcases backwards and forwards on a laminate floor in the room above mine for around 30-45 minutes). Whilst I did have a balcony, it looked directly onto a main road so it wasn't particularly relaxing to sit outside with traffic noise. There was no gym.

the room is spacious and comes with a bathtub, which is a huge plus for those travelling with kids. the staff was very nice and was willing to prepare a to go breakfast, since we had a flight in the early morning. Good connection with the center and close to the airport, which is circa 6euro Uber ride far away.
the to go breakfast didn't have a huge variety of options and was pretty simple. The coffee machine in the room didn't have any capsules.

Clean bed sheets, clean room, location
Very old hotel, no reconstruction for many years are obvious. During breakfast where no coffee cups enough for all people, lines, wasting lots of time. Hotel is not ready to receive amount of guests it has. I don’t think this type of hotel costs like the price on booking. Overrated

It was close enough to the airport which is what I needed. Had a descent room with a balcony with a view , everything was comfortable
It is an upscale 60’s hotel which is dated. The rooms are dated and not particularly aesthetic. The restaurant has a retro upscale charm but the food was just ok

Hotel beyond criticism! Of the whole hotel, the entrance to the reception is the best! Otherwise, dust! In the room, never in the 5 days did they bring me towels for the 3 people! Either the front towels or the others, there was always one less! There is a coffee maker where they brought coffee for her once and that was it! Water the same, a bottle upon arrival and that was it! The refrigerator did not work, someone had to come and replace it. The rooms with very thin walls, you could hear everything from the side and above. If there were noisier people, you would stare at the ceiling all night. I had something like that one evening. At the table? Yes, you would stand in line for minutes to enter and eat! The food? The same day after day! Poor, awful! For coffee you would wait 10-15 minutes to get one. And the staff was constantly moving around, even getting nervous when the table was full and you had to put plates on other tables (there were small tables for 4 people). In conclusion, for the price we paid we could find ten times better hotels in central areas. The location is poor. Expensive and bad service!
