Safe location, close to the airport (10 min by taxi) and metro station (2 min walking). Comfy bed. Spacious room.
They only give a 500 ml water for the first night. The wifi is not good on 9th floor.

very helpful staff on desk no problem leaving luggage before book in time lovely room i had a couple of additional requests which were met without question very pleasant domestic staff - beds & room pristinely clean appreciated access to thermometer control to lower room temperature on direct train line to Oriente & close to metro
the noise in an adjoining room was really bad around 3 - 5am, shouting, laughing, thumping, banging etc. this was not the hotel's fault & the receptionist was very considerate & helpful, suggesting i ring reception when it happened again. i don't think the hotel could do more but it did make the stay problematic. I found the restaurant only offered an expensive full buffet. Because this was more than I needed I tried a light petisco in the bar which was over fried on the outside & barely cooked on the inside. There were a number of local restaurants to compensate but I would have preferred to remain in the hotel.

Hotel should have provided a kettle and some tea/ coffee sachets. But here the room only have a compact coffee maker but the pods need to be purchased . But it's ok

Very good breakfast Front staff were exceptionally help with all issues brought to their attention great location to train station, cafes, etc.
would have appreciated additional towels in the bathroom power points were difficult to access and I had to be down on my knees to plus in electronics

This hotel was by far one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. The room was very big, clean, and had a huge bathroom. The breakfast was very good, with many options. The location was amazing: two blocks from the metro and on the same block as the train station. I couldn’t be happier!
Nothing to complain about: I loved my stay! I highly recommend Roma Hotel and would definitely stay here again next time.

The noise with the other rooms, you could understand what others were talking in other rooms. The elevators are really crowded during the day, you could wait at least 15-20 minutes at breakfast, and that gets annoying when at 9th floor
